Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
Identity Theft
I have been living in my truck. When some one complained the poloceman who rousted me at 1 am found a teenagers Cal ID in my truck. I just picked it up and never got around to dropping it in a mailbox. Court date is Aug 20 in Glendale. Any Advice?

Go to the public defender's office in Glendale. If you're living in your truck, you probably qualify for representation.
