can someone kick me and my family out, just because im a homosexual?
The person that works with the owner found out im gay, and now he wants me to leave, just me, if I dont he will kick out me and my family.

Discrimination agaimst gays, or people thought to be gay, is illegal in California. I would be happy to write to this individual and remind him. In the meantime gather evidence such as letters and emails from him.
