lawsuit

i was accused of rest. burgury but got resolved the man thought i was robbing him. he tore my jacket, shirt, bra. and con. hit me.

leaving large amount of bruises and

was not able to move arm a few

days. i filed suit against him in unlimited civil courts in merced. can i win my suit in pro per

It's possible, but it's usually best to have a lawyer on your side, because you'll have many legal hurdles to clear. Check with the local bar association lawyer referral service and at least have a sit-down consultation with an attorney.
