Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
Hello my lawsuit is BC399585 in Los Angeles Superior Court.
I would like to file a lawsuit against opposing Lawyers of Steptoe and Johnson for perjury. One of the lawyers actually testified during the prove up hearing.
I also have an injunction against me which is to be heard on contempt on Jan. 13th 2011.
If there is anyone who can protect 1st Amendment rights and more so I am looking for a lawyer who will file a lawsuit against Steptoe and Johnson.

Do you have lots of money to put down to handle a case like this? Most attys would not take this on a contingency basis.
There is also a priviilege to prevent slander suits for statements made during litigation.
