Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
I need a lawyer to review my case for invasion of privacy
I believe my civil and personal rights have been violated. I can prove invasion of privacy, intrusion into my personal life. Facts about me were published in a declaration response to the court by a person involved in a family court matter. I have absolutely nothing to do with the case and this individual has used information about me unnecessarily and without my permission. I feel invaded, and intruded upon by someone who has no business mentioning facts about me in a court document that he has filed in an effort to cause trouble for my wife. Please e-mail me: [email protected]
