Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

Can you legally change your age/dob in Canada? Are they any countries where you can? You can change gender, name, etc. which are fact, why not age?

This is a personal question and not a homework assignment. I read it online and was wondering if you could, IN FACT, change your age.

You are free to lie about your age as long as there is no criminal or fraudulent intent. But you'll have to wait until age 18 for sex and 21 for booze, at least in California. You have posted your question to a California law forum and I don't know what the law is in Canada. Maybe you'll look older in a tuque.
