where do I get an example of the legal-type typewritten format to sue somebody

I want to type myself the papers to sue somebody; where do I get such format to follow????

You can go to the Judicial Council website at http://www.courtinfo.ca.gov/forms/ and select Pleading-General, Pleading-Contract, or Pleading-Personal Injury. Then you have to fill out the appropriate forms. You might consider filing small claims. The maximum for an individual is $7,500.

You can sue for up to $7500 in small claims court, no typing required. Otherwise you will need more than keyboarding skills. Try calling a lawyer and making an appointment.
