Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

Litigation

I have a case in a Sacramento Court, CA. I don't have an attorney.

They have filed a motion to dismiss the case on the 16th April, how long do I have to file an opposition motion?

You must file and serve your opposition at least 9 court days before the hearing date, which you do not state.

In giving this matter more thought, if they filed a motion for summary judgment, the deadlines are different. You would have to file and serve your opposition, along with separate statement of disputed material facts, at least 14 calendar days before the hearing date.
