Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

Live in condo next to a smoker her patio is next to our front door and under our bedroom window and when she smokes it goes right into our house and filled our house full of smoke, and we dont smoke. Now our hole hose smells like we are smokers too. We let her know of this problem and she wont stop. Now she brings more people over and they all smoke and the matter getting worse. what can i do?

You are entitled to quiet enjoyment of your premises. Ask the landlord to help, or threaten the neighbor with a restraining order. Perhaps there is even a public official with the city that will intervene.
