I'm not sure what the number stands for. It might be an internal number that the court uses to categorize types of cases.

An account stated is usually a collection case -- perhaps for a credit card -- when the creditor sends a monthly statement to the customer telling what is owed. Unless the customer objects or disputes the amount, the customer implicitly agrees to it, and the account has been stated. The amount owed then can be the subject of a collections lawsuit.
