Medical Marijuana Gardening in California

My question is: Now that Pres. Obama has stated that no more raids will occur for medical Cannabis Patients or Center's.. Is the Local Law also fall under the same categories in regards to spending Money and time to raid or investigate Medical Cannabis Patients?

Unfortunately, and as I'm sure you know, some police officers and other local officials don't like the medical marijuana law. A lot depends on where you live.
