medical reason for not going to court
hello,
i have a medical problem and i am a witness in a court case. i cannot go the full length of the trial because of my conditon. what are the certain medical reasons for not appearing in court?

I would speak with the attorney who represents the person on whose behalf you would be testifying. Perhaps your deposition testimony can be preseved on videotape that can be shown at trial if you have sufficient medical justification for not being able to appear.
