minor traffic stop registration expired by one day what rights do i have ? and does police officer have the right to order me out of vehicle and pat me down for weapons without my concent or for any reason at all i have no record for any drug,or weapon or traffic violation ,

One day late or one year late, you have no rights except to be dealt with according to law. And yes, the officer has the right to give you a surface pat-down for "officer safety."
