Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
I have a neighbor who has a medical marijana card and is growing it in his back yard. The problem is the smell is so overpowering that i can't even open my windows or doors in the summer or use my back yard. i am a prisoner in my own house. Do i have any legal rights to solve this problem or am i just screwed. Thanks for any advice you may have. Chris

It is a not a prohibited activity, so you cannot get an injunction and you would have a hard time proving a nuisance. Besides, it is a nice smell.
