Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

My nieghbor is l;etting my dog into her home and he has chewed her printer line and anther x-box line.She is telling me I owe for a new printer and x-box.What are my rights.

If you knew and you agreed that she let your dog into her home, you might be on the hook. Otherwise, if you hadn't known until now, you wouldn't be. You might consider advising your homeowners' insurance carrier, if any, about the claim.
