Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
non payment of a promissory note
I had filed papers for non-payment of promissory note. Defendant has sold house and has moved out of state and lawyered up. I have written 3 letters and I have gotten no response from their lawyer. I will continue trying to resolve this via their lawyer, in the meantime the Case Management Case is coming up in two months. I will file to continue with the Case management, which I believe you have to do one month before the date. Any suggestions that would help for the CMC?
