Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
officer pull me over on my bike he arrest me for having a rock of crystal meth then he told if i would work with him asiad ok he take out a recording device becuase somthing with judges and i tell him were i got it from then he turn off the device and he right down my house and cell # down, (then he tell me if any information that i give him is wrong that he would broke my legs in the city were i was born and rise) then he let me go. does not give a ticket or anything.
Would i be able to do any thing with that threat he made?
