Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
what are the options, either lawsuit, or criminal charges. If you overheard an FBI said something (reported) (I overheard them from my room when I waved at the fence(which I was not doing)) (days earlier a policeman called me a target(accidentally or intentionally(so from this we can conclude that there must of been some sort of policeman in the neighbors yard using some sort of tool that could see through walls. )) that was extremely distasteful and shocking and a lie which resulted in your psychosis, PTSD.and suicidal thoughts and clinical depression; that's still continuing a year and a half from the event report something you were not doing?
I can not let this event go from my mind as it is all I think about day in and day out. My grades have suffered, my mind has deteriorated from only focusing on several things. And my life has basically been put on hold. and basically ruined.
