Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
Ive taken over payments on a car for a friend for two years now and always pay within the grace period. He now has decided that because i pay within the grace period and not on the exact due date every month that he wants the car back. There are no late fees, no increased intereast rate, nothing neative on his account to make this decision. I dont have a written aggreement however have all reciepts for the payments. Can i sue him for the $11,000+ ive paid on this car?
