Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
If a person has purchased and holds the deed to a plot in a cemetery can they legally keep someone away from that plot in a restraining order?

I do not see why a judge would grant a restrainig order. Thoe Orders are to protect a person from physical abuse, not to protect property. If the other person walks onto the plot you might be able to charge them with trespassing. Why are your worried about this?
