Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

I have been playing internet poker for 4930 games on full tilt poker. I play an average stake of $97 per game. The rake on an average game for me is approximately $8. That comes out to $39,440 in rake paid to ftp. I just found out that i am elgible to get rake back yesterday. Apparently if you go to rakebackpros.com and sign up, they will credit your ftp acct each week with 27% of the rake you paid out to ftp. My question is, shouldn't I be allowed to get rake back for the these other previous games played at ftp? That is absurd that they have taken that much in rake from me, then come to find out the never informed me, a consistent and high stake player, the opportunity to recover some of their high fees/charges for playing.
