do police have the right to enter a home without a warrant

There are exceptions, such as a genuine emergency ("exigent circumstances") "We heard a woman screaming inside, Your Honor." Or someone who has a condition of probation or parole allowing searches lives inside. Or somebody in the home lets them in (tell your family members not to admit the police).
