Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

Police misconduct

I had a Battery Assault committed against me and the LAPD chose to violate my Unalienable Rights by taking the word of an alcoholic and choosing to enter my business premises with no search warrant, illegally busting open my door, trespassing, harassing, and falsely arresting and imprisoning me.

What can I do?

Re: Police misconduct

If you want to sue the police, this can be done, but it is a difficult road and the legal time limits can be very short. Contact me, or some other attorney experienced in civil rights (42 USC 1983) law.
