Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
Can a private school enforce/force you to sign a contract saying that you will not review or discuss the school on a social media site? (eg, Yelp, Facebook). They force sites to remove any negative reviews stating breach of contract, but leave the positive ones.
If they can enforce that, would they be required to remove ALL posts, positive and negative, since the good reviews have also signed the contract stating they cannot post?

They can't "force" you to sign, because you are free to attend some other school.
