Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
Privet Life
I asked my girlfriend to marry me, she said yes but now she came with the story that we have to wait because 2 years ago she signed a paper giving her ex-husband the power to make all the decisions in her finances and her privet life.
She says that he doesnt want her to marry me and until she goes to court to revoke that paper we have to wait.
Is there such thing as giving someone the power to manage my privet life? Is it legal?
Or she is just making an excuse?

Re: Privet Life
I don't know of any court that would allow a husband to dictate to a wife who she could marry. . .
