Prosecution
My employer fired me and made me write and sign a paper of confessions for restitution saying by threatening me with prosecution if I did not. Can they prosecute me and what can I do?

What do you mean, he "made" you? Did he put a gun to your head? Why didn't you go home and ask a lawyer -before- you signed a confession?
