Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

I purchased 2 tickets for a movie, Purchased food and drinks at the concession stand, As I was going to the ticket taker, I was detained by the security guard and my backpack was searched at first by permission and then I evoked my permission and halted the search but the guard continued without my permission and found my gun in my backpack. I told him I would put it back in my car and I complied. The guard allowed me entrance to the theater and then phoned the police who arrived 30 minutes later and publically escorted me out of the theater. I believe that I was unlawfully detained by the guard and unlawfully searched. There was no signage posted stating that you are subject to searches on the property. Do I have a legal case for adjudication?

If you permitted the search, that's all that matters. Besides, a proprietor can choose what customers may enter the premises, as long as exclusion is not for an illegal reason.
