Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
I received a letter with title on top "Minutes of the Untied States District Court Southern California District California".
The letter was said an order to show cause was Issued for Defendant (My Name) for failure to attend a neutral evaluation for conference held on February 9th. Any opposition to the order the order to show cause must be filed by February 23, 2011.
I did not appear because I did not receive any notice asking me to do so. After speaking to Plaintiffs' legal group they told me go ahead and file Show Cause stating I did not receive notice by the 23rd of Feb.
Can anyone help me on what I should do in terms of what form I have to file.
