Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

I recently found out that one of my grandchildren was selling drugs out of my home, I run a daycare out of my home and do not want to lose my license. I have told them that they could not do this and to stop but have found out hey are still doing it. I had one person tell me if I turned them in I would lose my business and my house. What can I do?

Call the police and report the crime. Otherwise, besides losing the house and business, you could go to jail. It is your property. You have knoweldge of the crime and you could be arrested and conviced as abetter and co-conspirator. Contact a good criminal law attorney first if you don't feel comfortable reporting to the police first so that lawyer can protect your interests fully. You must do it right away.
