Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
Recently my house was raided and my 14 yr old brother and 17 yr old cuzin was hand cuffed for over 30 mins and the police had them at gun point i would like 2 know if that is legal for them 2 do. also they did not leave a search warrent.
