Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

i just recently purchased a house (everything in my name), and I was in a lesbian relationship and want to know about getting rid of her. I did give written and verbal 30 days notice to move. I was wanting to know if I can get a restraining order against her even though we still reside in the same house. I dont think that she will leave in a timely mattter.

If she has done or said things that threaten your safety, you might qualify for a domestic violence restraining order. Some of the courts have either workshops or volunteers to help with the paperwork.
