How do I report a Civil Judgement on someones credit report?

I was awarded a judgement by the judge in Santa Monica California againist a person who owes me over $18,000 dollars... how can I report this so it shows on their credit reports???

Credit reports usually pick up judgments. You can obtain an abstract of judgment from the court for a small fee and record it with the LA county recorder, as well. That creates a lien on the judgment debtor's real property in LA County, if any. You can record in other counties where you suspect he/she has property, too.
