Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

I got restraining order but they don't have my last name wrong. First name is right and address but not my last name. Do I have to accept it?

Is this a temporary order pending a hearing, or an order after a hearing? The only reason anyone applies for a restraining order is to have you arrested for violating it. If there hasn't been a hearing yet, you still have time to retain a lawyer and have the lawyer file timely written opposition and argue your case at the hearing. Otherwise I hear they have great bologna sandwiches at the county jail. Contact me directly.
