rto hearing in cali and evidence
i was asalted and filed a rto in california
my hearing is monday and i had him served, hoever i did not realize i had to sserve the evidnece, threatening messages he has left me, affladavt from a witness who was on phone and heard the threats and violence.
how can i get the court to allo9w me to present this evidence in the rto hearing? is there any way to ask for a new date because he was not served the evdence 5 days prior? this is crucial to proving and getting my protection.... please help my family and i are worried sick for our ssafety.

Depending upon the court, (county and branch) an eidentiary hearing will be set. The temoporary order should stand until then. Contact me directly.
