Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

I am being secretly recored or spying or watched through surveillance. All my personal information are published and I am being abuse though some radio which coming from out side my house same thing with the Offices. I all my personal/job information are being recorded an published in the public.

Why would anyone want to do that? It would cost them a lot of money and time to do so. What will they get out of it? Are you sure that that is what is actually happening? If it is, you are going to need a lot of help from other people to over come this situation. You need to speak to you family religious leader or Dr [sometimes these feelings can stem from taking the wrong medications, stress, etc.]. You need to be physically healthy to combat these problems so a Dr. can help you get into that condition.
