Sexual Harassment
I was sexually harassed by a teacher at a community college I filed a civil suit against the teacher and the school and was informed that I could not sue a public entity this happened april 2008 I sued them them april 2009 - Can I amend my pleading to get a stay while appealing to the district? or should I amend and just sue the teacher?

You should probably call a few litigation attorneys and discuss this privately. You can continue to pursue this on your own, but even attorneys retain other attorneys to represent them in their own personal litigation.
