my name is shawntel i have a very serious problem. the sn diego police claim that i sold meth to a informant which is a a lie ok to relly tell you my promblem with this they didnt find nothing at all they tore down my door im on section 8 they tore upy house but ak47 scope guns on me and my two boys and nephew the sdpd where wrong they left a mess my son has gone completely insane he has nrver been in trouble in his life he hs never been in involved in a raid they basically had the wrong door anyway my son is out of controll he is very scared he hasnt et in a week he has not had a bath i need to not let this happen to good people im not perfect but he was can you help me with this or do i have to lose a good child gone bad because of he say she say informants.help ms moore and they didnt have to use force in a felon they could have easily told me to open the door my rights are gone.

You need to contact the Police department to see if they will provide/pay for some emotional/psyche counseling for your son; the likely will refuse. Then try to see if there is some social agency that will help, someone at school, your religious leader, any police watch community groups, NAACP, etc. You need to file a claim against the SDPD within 6 months of the date of the incident and find an attorney who handles police misconduct cases in your area.
