Be advised that everyone is pissed off at the decisions of the Child protective services or any other social worker. Your complaint will be put on the pile of thousands of other disgruntled other adversely affected people. There is broad discretiaonary immunity for the decisions of the social workers. If you can show a gross indiffrerence or a failure to follow established procedures, you have a chance. Any attorney would charge you 2-3 thousand to get started on a mess like this.
