Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

i sold my car and on the agreement we both signed says if she doesnt pay me on the schduled dates then i have the right to come get the car and she will willingly give me the key? do i have the right to go get the car from her or have to go to small claims court.

You have not provided enough information to answer the question. When you sold the car did title transfer to her name? Are you listed as a lien holder on the title?

You may be able to recover the car but you should tread carefully. If she disputes the recovery or the default then you may need to seek a court order to recover the vehicle.
