Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

My son is a prisoner at Corcoran state prison. He has been wrongly classified and they are attempting to house him in with Northern Hispanic Gang members. Our son has filed numerous 602s to dispute this and they have added "Other" tag to his door but do not release him to be with Others. he has recently been told he will be housed with the northerners which will endanger his life. We have contacted the Ombudsman in Sacramento who has called on the issue and sent him copies of his classification papers in two previous prisons. The Counselor had not contacted hbim or responded to any of his correspoandance to her, ever. We want to know if he can be represented to fight this by a lawyer.

Yes you can have an attorney file for an injunction. I don't think you really could do anything else.
