Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
I'm a student in high school, my teacher took my photo on her personal camera without my concent. And gave it to another staff member as a gift. A couple weeks later she told me she took a photo of me. I have always told her that I dont like taking pictures. This was also during school. Is this illegal?

Taking photo doesnot ask for the prior consent but use of it for one's defamation is illegal
