Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
Can I sue against unlawful censorship in an Internet app chat forum? My posts are being continuously deleted with no justification accept the moderator of the forum doesn't agree with my opinions. I have used no vulgar language and I have not insulted or threatened anyone. Can I take legal action?

I see absolutely no basis for a lawsuit, based on what you write. Private forums can choose what comments to post, and which comments to delete, whom to let post, and whom to ban.
Your best option is to find another site where you can chat.
