Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

How can you sue a wedding photographer who did not take all the pictures on a checklist that they provided and the candid photos taken lacked quality? The photographers time commitment does not show in his work since the agreement was for unlimited photos.

Evidently, you cannot redo the wedding to get better photos. Have another professional photographer evaluate the work yours did, and based upon that evaluation, seek a refund of some amount of money. If you get nowhere, you can file a small claims lawsuit to try to get some money back.
