I am being sued by a extra who claim he is a actor

I have all my client sign a release waiver before ido there face he sign it but the judge threw out the waiver...he claim he was burn by the facial and is seeking 100,000 because i hurt his career What to do

If you have general liability insurance for your business, you notify them of the claim and they will appoint a lawyer to defend you.

If you did not purchase a policy for your business, you dig deep into your savings, borrow from friends and family, whatever you need to do to hire a good defense attorney. Personally interview at least three before choosing one.
