Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
Suffering extreme stress and tension headaches due to a group of people filing frivolous, slanderous lawsuit against the community I live in. Even after several tests prove their claims false it continues two years later? Can a personal injury suit, and/or a cease and desist apply? Please help to live in peace! Thank you

Not really. All issues on the case have to be initially brought within that case.
