Talk radio show interviews '' Jesus?''
Infamous talk radio show, Coast to Coast AM interviewed a fictitious Jesus last week. The person who played Jesus was an actor, and the show was meant for entertainment. It was never implied that this person was actually Jesus. Of course many fundamentalist Christians became angry at the host and one actually threatened to sue the station. Is there any chance that C2C could be liable, or is entertainment a venue in which the '' entertainers'' may do something like this as long as they do not imply that the person was really Jesus? Besides that, Jesus is not a live person in all practicality.
Wouldn't this be a situation like the people portraying Ben Franklin up in Pennsylvania? Please advise, I am curious!!!

That's why they have lawyers. It's a perfectly protected activity, no matter how distasteful to some people.
