Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
Topless Gardener
What are the laws around gardening
topless (i'm a woman)? I am not
within view of the public, my
backyard is fully enclosed by an 8'
high fence, the top 4' being lattice
about 60% covered in growth. Not
unless my nighbors made great
efforts to 'check me out' would they
really be able to see me.
But, if they did and called the police,
what would be my best defense?
Can I counter with voyeurism?

Re: Topless Gardener
My best guess is that what you are doing is perfectly legal. You can look up law cases on the subject at the Naturist Society online law library at naturistsociety.com or naturisteducation.org (not suitable for the workplace).
