Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

Would like to know if I could be in any trouble. I took a minor to get a tattoo at a licensed parlor. (15 yrs old). She is not related to me. She is the one that signed the consent form, as an 18 year old. The tattoo artist was aware that she was underaged but did not ask for ID. and when ahead with the tattoo. How much trouble could I get into? since the child did not get Parental consent, BUT again I did not sign a form. I only took her and paid for it.
