unsoliceted pregnancy and std test in er
I recently went to the emergency room with what I thought might be a appendix or bladder problem. I was asked if I was sexually active and I told the truth, no, i never have been. I was then tested without my knowledge for two std's and had a pregnancy test, also without consent or knowledge. i am infuriated. what can I do? By the way, i was diagnosed with free floating fluid in the abdomine.

I am sorry to hear about your medical condition. Although you may not have specifically consented to those tests, you may have generally consented to their medical procedures. Although you are unhappy that they did not take your word, understand that they treat people every day who lie and they were only covering all of their bases to give you the most accurate diagnosis.
