Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

I v'e been living with my fiancee" for 11 years. I also worked for his company for 8 years.Iv'e never worked in the front office for any company before. My first day at the company I could not believe what a mess I walked into. The company was close to bankrupt mail had not been open for months. Besides running the front office by myself I made many changes for example with in one month I figured out that his sales manager was up to and was able to track down and recover one hundred thousand dollars of steel that he had stored at a different location that the company had all ready paid for. I also had security cameras installed in the shop in front of the large scrap metal bins, I went as far as taking the shop foreman's company credit card because he used it more for personal then business.I collected on many unpaid invoices that had been outstanding for years. It wasn't easy but thanks to me we had over 1 million dollars in the bank. Well work slowed way down and I needed a break we decided that I would start doing home improvement on the house and still remain on payroll. I got injured while working our house and wanted his to split the medical. He said no that upset me so now its been three months without pay. He never ask me to come back to work or never said I was fired. I told him that I was going to go to workes comp or file for unemployment so then he had the nerve to serve me a sixty day notice. The house we moved into together seven years ago is beautifull and paid for. He told everyone we were going to get married and he would take care of me for the rest of my life. This was all said before I helped him make the million plus dollars. Now he say's get out of my house bitch........Nice guy everything I have said is true and can be proved!!!!!

Anytime a woman agrees to live with a man for an extended period of time it doesn't end well for her. He has every right to dump you, kick you out, and leave you with nothing, all because you wouldn't insist on tying the knot. Maybe a lawyer can help you sue him for back wages, workers comp, reimbursement for any money you paid toward the house, and the increase of the value of the house. If you can afford to hire a lawyer.
